UPenn PR2 Is A One-Man Band

The team has finally gotten a PR2 robot programmed to play both the keyboard and drums at the same time and needless to say, this little bot can rock. In this video clip, the bot reads from a MIDI file, and plays his own “special” versions of U2’s With or Without You and Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles.

I can’t wait for the day when robot bands go on tour and sell out everywhere they play. They will probably just use their music to lure us into the arena and slaughter us by the thousands, though.
