The latest resident of the Uncanny valley is this terrifying fake baby. Terrifying on one hand because it moves so much like a real baby, but not so terrifying compared to a real toddler because this one doesn’t poop and vomit everywhere. Yume Robo Climbing Robot

Yume Robo was recently introduced at the Shanghai Expo and developed by Musclecorp. The robot is designed to climb structures vertically to an unlimited height, using Musclecorp’s state of the art “Cool Muscle2″ AC servo system which is located in the neck, shoulders, waist and hips. Yume Robo was built to showcase Musclecorp’s technology, but I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to make it grab the nearest blonde and scale a skyscraper like King Kong
